Please complete the form and return it to Maldon Inc at the address given on the form. Remember to include a photograph of your business that you want to be shown on the Maldon web site.Nomination form
The nomination form is for the nomination of office bearers and committee members. The completed form must be returned to the Secretary seven days before the Annual General Meeting.Statement of Purposes
