The
historic museum building was built as a Market place in 1859 and is now
listed on the Victorian Heritage register. On display in the Museum is a
collection of local domestic and mining memorabilia. Many records of
interest to those researching the history of the old Shire of Maldon and
its early families are held in the archives. |
